Tool design:

Based on the clients 3-D files, our tooling engineers realise the tool design. The design is allways optimised in close co-operation  with the client, in order to reach a perfect part design and a perfect tool design.

Idé-Pro Skive has a well-trained team of tooling engineers, who all possess in-depth knowledge of recognized 3-D programmes, such as Catia, Pro-Engineer etc.

CAM Programming:

When tool design is completed, our CAM programmers make necessary planning and programming of cutting paths, before NC files are loaded into our CNC controlled machines.

Catis is normally used for programming.

Tool Manufacturing:

Our own tool shop  includes 3-axis and 5-axis high speed milling machines with robot, as well as all other necessary manufacturing hardware. This, together with a well-trained and motivated manufacturing team, ensures a high tool quality.

Our production capacity is normally 5-10 tools per week, depending on tool size.
